Meet Carley Rae. This born and raised Las Vegas native combines her love for the industry with her passion for educating in the real estate market. Before getting into the real estate business in 2017, she was in fine dinning service at Caesars Palace. Carley was the only Female Captain in the 50 years of the company and translated her attention for detail and high level of service into her real estate carrier. Before the start up of Realty Rae Group, she lead her team in both representing buyers and sellers on a day-today basis. The success in her early real estate career lead Carley to launch Realty Rae Group in April 2019. She set a goal to turn dreams into keys one home at a time and has continued to reach as many people across the Las Vegas valley as possible by educating them through the process. Using her knowledge, skills, and ability to help buyers and sellers Carley and her team, Realty Rae Group, have received acknowledgment for continuing to be a top producing team at their brokerage. Carley has been nominated for the 30 under 30 in the nation for Realtors under 30 years old with high production for 2021. Realty Rae Group was hand selected for a nationalized TV SHOW called The American Dream to launch on Cable and other streaming networks for January 2021. Carley is known as an “old soul” for her love for the classics, communicating face to face, and putting a personalized touch on each clients transaction. Carley lives in the NW with her three children Arey, Raelynn, and Carter, and oversized German Shepard “puppy” Axel.

Meet Laura Herman. This Iowa born farm girl turned city girl in 1989 when she moved to Las Vegas to pursue her design degree. She was apart of many luxurious woman's boutiques until opening a lighting company with her husband in 2005. Her attention to detail and meticulous way of conducting her business allowed their company to have the best show room in town for all the high ends casinos in need of the best selection for their signs and fixtures. Laura changed paths from lighting the Las Vegas strip to lighting up the world of real estate in 2020. She has lived on all 4 corners of our city and can get you anywhere in "15 mins"! Laura is the light at the end of the tunnel when it comes to closing tough transactions.
